 der of Spinning World of Autism\, for a heartfelt and informative online s
 ession designed especially for parents and carers of autistic children.\n\
 nLaura will be sharing her family’s lived experience of discovering and 
 embracing AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) – from the ch
 allenges and myths to the breakthroughs and joy it has brought to their li
 ves. This session will be a blend of practical advice\, emotional honesty\
 , and inspiring real-life stories.\n\nWhether you're just starting to expl
 ore AAC or already using it and looking for support\, this session will of

 e Laura Brown from Spinning World of Autism to our event!\n\nLaura is a pa
 ssionate AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) advocate\, speak
 er\, and writer. She’s the proud parent of Ethan\, a cheeky\, curious\, 
 and clever 5-year-old who is autistic\, non-speaking\, and a confident AAC
  user. Their family’s journey with AAC has been life-changing—and Laur
 a is now on a mission to raise awareness\, improve training\, and push for
  better funding for AAC access in schools and at home.\n\nLaura is also au
 tistic herself\, receiving her diagnosis a year after Ethan’s. Her lived
  experience as both a parent and an autistic adult fuels her powerful advo
 cacy work.\n\nShe’s spoken at the Houses of Parliament\, been a Keynote 
 Speaker at Communication Works North\, featured on ITV News\, and contribu
 ted to the National Autistic Society. Her voice is helping shape a more in
 clusive\, understanding world for AAC users everywhere.\n\n💬 Come hear
