  on inside our bodies? Interoception is our sense for knowing if we’re 
 hot or cold\, hungry or full\, tired or energised and even how we’re fee
 ling\, like happy\, excited\, or frustrated.\n\nTuning into our bodies isn
 ’t always easy. And as you might imagine\, if tuning in is tricky\, then
  looking after ourselves can be tricky too. The good news is that interoce
 ption can be strengthened with practice. We can build skills to help ourse
 lves and support our children too.\n\nCome along to this workshop to explo
