 ill be doing: We have been invited to take part in this years Rothwell Car
 nival Parade. We will join other charities\, musical groups and dancers to
  walk through the town\, celebrating Rothwell's Carnival. This is great op
 portunity to get dressed up and raise awareness of Little Hiccups. There i
 s no official theme to the parade\, however the more colourful your outfit
  the better!!!! There is also a number of stalls and activities to explore
  once the parade has finished.\n\n\n 	Is it structured? This is a structur
 ed event and we will be led by the team organising the carnival. There may
  be some waiting around but we will do our best to make this as fun as pos
 sible. It will be a noisy and busy event so please keep this in mind when 
 considering if it is appropriate for you and your family. Once the parade 
 begins\, it will take around 45 minutes.\n 	Who it’s for &amp\; Group Si
 ze: We would like as many people as possible to take part in the parade\, 
 we need to know who to is attending so this can be shared to the committee
  organising the parade. The route is fully accessible.\n 	Date &amp\; Time
 : Saturday 11th July - Arrive by 10.30am for the parade to begin promptly 
 at 11am.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🚗 Getting There &amp\; Arrival\n\n 	Meeting Point
 : Opposite the Hare &amp\; Hounds on Commercial Street - LS26 0QD.\n 	Venu

 ok\n 	Parking &amp\; Drop-Off: There are a number of car parks within Roth
 well.\n 	Finding Little Hiccups: We will confirm the meeting point ASAP. W
 e will be as colourful as possible and have a Little Hiccups banner with u
 s.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🚶 Moving Around\n\n 	Space: This event is all outside. 
 The parade is through the town and accessible. The main carnival will be o
 n a grassed area.\n 	Seating: There may be some benches available but plea
 se bring a chair if this something that would be of benefit.\n 	Route for 
 the Parade: The parade will set off at 11:00am. Our route will take us alo
 ng Commercial Street\, turning left onto Gillett Lane\, before entering th
 e park at the bottom of Gillett Lane.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🚽 Toilets &amp\; Cha
 nging Facilities\n\n 	Standard Accessible Toilet: There are some accessibl
 e toilets within Morrisons in Rothwell. There will be Portaloos onsite of 
 the carnival.\n 	Changing Places Toilet: The nearest Changing Places Toile
 t is at Stourton Park and Ride (around 1.8 miles away). Follow this link f

 Toilets: There are a number of toilet options within Rothwell.\n 	Baby Cha
 nging: This is available at Morrisons in Rothwell.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🎧 Senso
 ry &amp\; Calm Spaces\nAs this is an external event\, we can not guarantee
  there will be a quiet space available.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🍰 Food &amp\; Drin
 ks\nPlease ensure you bring a drink and snacks whilst waiting for the para
 de to begin and during the parade. There will be some stalls to purchase r
 efreshments after the parade. PLEASE NOTE: No alcohol is to be consumed du
 ring the parade.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🌳 Outdoor Spaces \n\n\n 	Paths &amp\; Gro
 und: The parade finishes in Rothwell Park. Some paths my be slightly uneve
 n at times.\n 	Play &amp\; Seating: There is a park within Rothwell as wel
 l as the stalls and activities as part of the carnival. There is some seat
 ing within Rothwell Park but we would advise that you bring your own if th
 is is something you need.\n 	Hazards to Note: There is a stream through Sp
 ringhead Park in Rothwell. The park is also close to a busy road.\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n⛑️ Safety &amp\; Support\n\n 	First Aid: There will be designated
  first aid tent at the Carnival. Speak to a member of the team if you need
  any assistance.\n 	Emergency Evacuation: As this is an external event\, w
 e will follow the instruction of the carnival committee in an emergency.\n
