DESCRIPTION:February 4th is Time To Talk Day and Little Hiccups are acknowl
 edging the day with a Virtual Meet with some of the Little Hiccups team an
 d one of our Counsellors\, Diane Whitehead.\n\nTime to Talk Day is about e
 nding the stigma around mental health and encouraging people to talk. We k
 now that the more conversations we have\, the more myths we can bust and b
 arriers we can break down\, helping to end the isolation\, shame and worth
 lessness that too many of us with mental health problems are made to feel.
  We also know that this year has been ridiculously hard on everyone\, but 
 for families like yourselves that are now homeschooling and keeping safe c
 hildren with additional needs as well as continuing all the other day to d
 ay tasks that need to be done\, the stresses and strains are increased.\n\
 nThis event is not about adding more pressure to you. We understand that y
 ou may have your children at home\, and that you may have to dip in and ou
 t. The last thing we want to do is add to your stress! What we are hoping 
 is that you can meet and chat with other families\, chat casually to Diane
 \, who will be leading the session and maybe just carve a little bit of th
 e day out for you. We're looking at maybe some activities that we can do t
 hat will help the session along as it can be quite tricky to open up strai
 ght away! But whatever we do\, you only have to join in if you are comfort
 able to do so.\n\nWe're asking people to sign up so we can monitor numbers
 .\n\nIt's free so sign up below (you need to be registered with Little Hic
