Join Little Hiccups and Space2 for a hands-on, sensory workshop exploring the power of natural ingredients and traditional herbal crafts.
In this relaxed and creative session, we will be diving into the world of “Homemade Herbals.” Whether you are looking to boost your wellbeing with traditional remedies or want to get stuck into a tactile craft project, there is something for everyone.
What to expect:
-
Herbal Vinegars & Fire Cider: Learn how to create your own potent Fire Cider—a traditional herbal tonic known for its immune-supporting properties. We will explore how to infuse vinegars with seasonal herbs and spices to create healthful (and tasty!) kitchen staples.
-
Body Scrub Making: Treat your skin to some natural goodness. You’ll have the opportunity to mix your own invigorating body scrub using simple, natural ingredients.
-
Clay Tile Making: Get creative with clay! We will be crafting decorative clay tiles, perfect for capturing the textures of the herbs we are working with or simply enjoying the process of making something by hand.
Each in-person course will have a max of 15 attendees and will be in a Workshop format.
The course will run 10am-12pm and there will be lunch provided afterwards as well as time for questions for the in-person course. When booking, please do let me know of any dietary requirements. Bookings close a week before the event to allow planning.
