Last Wednesday, our Hiccups parent/carers community gathered for a fantastic evening at the ever-welcoming Quirky Ales in Garforth. As Charity of the Year for Quirky Ales, we were thrilled to host our exclusive quiz night in such a warm and friendly venue that truly supports our mission.
The night kicked off at 6:30 PM and was filled with laughter, great conversation, and a healthy dose of competition. Each guest received a £10 bar tab with their ticket, making it a brilliant value night out—whether enjoying one of Quirky’s signature craft ales or a refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
One of the standout highlights? The incredible pizza, freshly made in the outdoor pizza oven. It was hot, delicious, and catered to all dietary needs—perfect fuel for quiz night!
The quiz itself was a hit, sparking team spirit and plenty of giggles. From general knowledge to quirky trivia, everyone got involved, and the energy in the room was just brilliant. It was a joy to see our community come together, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company in such a relaxed setting.
Quirky Ales, with its cosy taproom and dog-friendly charm, proved once again why it’s such a special place.
