What an incredible day we had representing Little Hiccups at the Collaboration in Rehabilitation conference!
Brought together by Positive OT & Case Management Ltd, Healing Touch Rehab, and Intospeech Ltd, the day was dedicated to connection, shared experiences, and exploring how professionals and organisations can work together to make a real difference to individuals and families navigating life after traumatic injury.
With over 150 delegates filling the room, the energy from start to finish was truly inspiring. From hearing moving recovery journeys to discussing practical, multidisciplinary support, it was a powerful reminder of how much can be achieved when everyone pulls in the same direction.
Our founder, Linsay, summed up the atmosphere perfectly:
“It fills my heart to hear so many passionate people working together. Sharing experiences and learning from each other—all to improve the lives and experiences of our families.”
We were also honoured to have our Little Hiccups stand at the event, giving us the opportunity to chat with delegates, build new connections across the sector, and share the work we do supporting children with additional needs and disabilities and their families.
A huge thank you goes to Jackie Chappel and the whole team at Positive OT & Case Management, Healing Touch Rehab, and Intospeech for organising such a meaningful event. Special thanks also to conference chairs Claire Howie and Claire Godolphin for keeping the day running so smoothly.
Most of all, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the organisers for choosing Little Hiccups alongside Inclusive Music as one of their supported charities. The vital funds raised through events like this help us continue offering fun, accessible events, family support, and a welcoming community where no family feels alone.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello, ask questions, and show their support—here’s to continuing to collaborate and make positive change happen together!
