We’ve arranged to go see the animals at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The park has over 400 animals with over 70 different species. It is fully accessible and has a Changing Place facility if needed. The majority of the pathways throughout the main park are level, with shallow gradients in areas. All pathways are accessible to wheelchair users.

We’re visiting early October so hopefully the weather will be good, but please be aware this is an outdoor event and will be going on whatever the weather. It is relaxed and you can arrive and leave at times convenient to you.

For this event we will be closing bookings early on Monday September 26th and I will be sending details to WYP. They are then posting out the wristbands out to me, and I will post these onto the families to reduce queuing time. There will be no refunds available after Sept 26th due to this. Please be aware – Little Hiccups pays full price for the tickets. For every none attendee, we will lose up to £15 per person.

Parking

There is lots of free parking available and plenty of Disabled spaces. Use their latest postcode DN9 3HQ for sat-nav directions to our NEW car park entrance. Once you are within close proximity of Yorkshire Wildlife Park please follow the ‘Brown Signs’ directing you to Yorkshire Wildlife Park car park. As unfortunately if your Sat Nav has not been updated it may take you to the wrong entrance.

Toilets/Changing Places

There are toilets around the park including Disabled Toilets and a Changing Place.
