This workshop is being taught by an identifying PDA Autistic and therefore will be taught from an identity-positive framework. Come along to learn more about demand avoidance and also additional traits of PDAers. This knowledge will provide clarity on why distressing behaviours may be occurring and also guidance on how to support your PDA young person. We will round out our time together by learning some of the communication strategies that help build collaboration and teamwork with PDAers.
This is an online course. I will email the zoom details one week before. Please check spam.
The course will run 7pm-9pm
We apologise – but these courses are not suitable for children.
Please do let us know if you have an access requirements.
