Wild Wellness Group is an evening for parent/carers to relax around the fire in the woods. Included are snacks and hot drinks in a private woodland. There will be a group cook where people are encouraged to join in if they would like and an opportunity to make your own fire strikers! Using hand tools we will create a handle. Once complete we will do some fire lighting using the tool. Food and drink to be confirmed. Small numbers will keep this an intimate and relaxed event, time for you to unwind and reflect.
