Another one for our Parent/Carers! This one is 18+ and aimed at Parent/Carers for a well deserved night off with other carers that ‘get it’. We’re going Indoor Go Karting!
This track is one of the most challenging indoor tracks in the country.
No experience is needed and all safety equipment is provided.
- Wakefield Indoor Karting was one of the first tracks in the UK to have tarmac surfaces indoors offering you an outstanding race experience
- With their state-of-the-art timing system, 80m long speedy straight and hair-raising hairpin bends, no-one else brings you closer to the racing experience
- And with a fantastic raised spectator area overlooking the whole circuit none of the excitement is missed by anyone!
We need to arrive 5.30pm as we’re on at 6pm and have 30 minutes racing round the track.
The cost is £35 per person but we will refund £15 after the event, for everyone who attends.
Wakefield Indoor Karting provide helmets and suits. The only extra is balaclavas and gloves. Gloves are £2 and balaclavas are £3. These can be purchased on they day however, if anybody does have their own they are fine to bring them along with them on the day.
If anyone wants to go for some food or drink after, there is a lovely pub nearby (Holmfield Arms) .

From the M1
At junction 39 turn onto the A636 towards Wakefield. Continue on this road and turn left afterthe iron bridge. Turn left into Millenia Park, turn right and continue on to the largest building in front of you.
From Wakefield
Head for Ings Road Roundabout, turn onto Denby Dale Road / A636 heading for the M1. Turn right before the iron bridge. Turn left into Millenia Park, turn right and continue on to the largest building in front of you.
