📝 About the Session
Join Little Hiccups and Space2 for a hands-on, sensory workshop exploring the power of natural ingredients and traditional herbal crafts.
In this relaxed and creative session, we will be diving into the world of “Homemade Herbals.” Whether you are looking to boost your wellbeing with traditional remedies or want to get stuck into a tactile craft project, there is something for everyone.
- What to expect:
- Herbal Vinegars & Fire Cider: Learn how to create your own potent Fire Cider—a traditional herbal tonic known for its immune-supporting properties. We will explore how to infuse vinegars with seasonal herbs and spices to create healthful (and tasty!) kitchen staples. (Non-alcoholic!)
- Body Scrub Making: Treat your skin to some natural goodness. You’ll have the opportunity to mix your own invigorating body scrub using simple, natural ingredients.
- Course Format: This is a hands-on in-person course with a maximum of 15 attendees running in a Workshop format.
- Who it’s for: Strictly for parents and carers of children with additional needs or disabilities. Over 18’s only. This is a chance for you to have a break and chat with people who get it! We apologise – but these courses are not suitable for children and there is no childcare available.
- Date & Time: The course will run 10am-12pm, with lunch provided afterwards as well as time for questions. Bookings close a week before the event to allow planning.
