What a difference a bit of sunshine and some wonderful company makes! This past Sunday, Little Hiccups headed over to Stockeld Park in Wetherby, and it was honestly such a lovely, relaxed day.
We had 100 people join us, and the best part was how easy everything felt. There were no stressful queues, the weather was that perfect “warm but not too warm” sweet spot, and there was just a really nice, calm energy across the park.
Magical Moments in the Woods
The Enchanted Forest was a massive hit. The bluebells were out in full force, and the musical woodland area felt genuinely magical. It was one of those spots where you could just slow down and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Land Train was another winner—we had a few adventurers who loved it so much they had to go around twice! Whether it was the speed of the Go Karts, the splashes on the Bumper Boats, or getting lost in the Maze, it was brilliant to see the kids (and the grown-ups!) stuck into so many different things.
Friendly Faces
One of the loveliest things about the day was how many people bumped into each other. There’s something so nice about turning a corner and seeing a familiar face or a friend you haven’t seen in a while. It’s those little moments of connection that make these trips feel like such a community.
A Huge Thank You
Days like Sunday are exactly why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a success.
Did you snap any good photos? We’d love to see them! Drop us an email at info@littlehiccups.co.uk or tag us on socials.
