Clip ’n Climb Leeds is the ultimate indoor climbing centre to create memorable experiences, full of laughter and fun for all the family. Their 32 unique climbing challenges promise an action-packed day out, suitable for any age with a minimum weight limit of 12kg (usually about ages 2.5-4) and a maximum of 150kg. There is no maximum age.

Little Hiccups have booked Clip n Climb exclusively for our families for 11am-4pm. The Safety Briefing will be tailored to the needs of the climber and there will be no flashing lights or music. There are 10 toddler harnesses available suitable for ages 2.5years – 4yrs (min 12kg). Children of this age will need a non-climbing adult supervising. 

There will be 10 slots with 10 climbers each in a 30 minute slot (but it will be relaxed rolling slots rather than strict timekeeping. As long as there are enough harnesses we’re flexible!) Climbers will need to arrive 15 minutes before their slot for check-in procedures/to fit harnesses/etc. If your child may need a little extra time, please take this into consideration too.

Clip ‘n Climb Leeds has the latest specifically approved SEND friendly Assist Hoist System which is used in conjunction with The Adventure harness. This is a full body harness that has been specifically designed to cater for a wide age and size variance. This hoist will be suitable for those that need a little bit more support (Cerebral Palsy, etc). We understand that this is obviously an area that you may be unsure of. We are booked in and they know we are coming and ready for questions! Clip n’ Climb also welcome pre-visits if you are unsure of anything.

Every slot will have 1 SEND harnesses. Please be aware that parent/carers will need to be on hand to assist their child throughout the entire session. You will be in change of the harness (but will receive training and there are Clip n Climb employees on hand)

Little Hiccups has also arranged a rolling buffet for climbers and non-climbers alike, including pizza, chilli, sandwiches, and chips. Juice will be provided for kids, and tea and coffee for adults. The on-site restaurant will also be open if you wish to purchase additional items such as desserts and ice cream. All the food is freshly prepared on-site with locally sourced ingredients where possible and they are able to cater for most dietary needs. Please mention dietary requirements on booking.

Accessibility
There is a small car park with a few disabled parking spots

There is a unisex toilet and a disabled toilet on the ground floor. There is also a hydraulic variable height changing couch in the disabled toilet facilities.

There is also a mobile hoist for assisting with harness changes if required (parents to use).
