No yoga experience is required.
These sessions are about providing a space for you to turn up as you are and enjoy some yoga based movement, breathing practices and relaxation as well as practical tips, focusing on regulation, grounding and resetting.
There are no expectations, there is no judgement. A space for you to come and be you and take some time for your self-care.
The aim of this is for you to have an opportunity for self care but also as a social opportunity to meet other parents who ‘get it’ (if you want to! No pressure!)
Mobility, pregnancy or other health issues can be catered for – please provide these in the registration form which will be sent to you on booking, so Debs can review and speak with your beforehand if necessary. You can also complete it now here.
