📝 About the Session

• What we will be doing: Join us for a relaxing evening social at a local restaurant, brought to you by Little Hiccups. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, great company, and delicious food. The aim is to hold a regular event for parents and carers to have a well-deserved night off to relax and catch up.
• What to expect (The Vibe): Completely informal, friendly, and relaxing. Come along, enjoy great food, and spend quality time chatting with people who get it!
• Who it’s for: Strictly for parents and carers of children with additional needs or disabilities. Over 18’s only please. There is no childcare available—this is a chance for you to have a break!
• Date & Time: First week every 3 months at 6:00pm.

• Finding the Little Hiccups Group: Look out for the Little Hiccups team when you arrive! If you are nervous about coming alone, drop us a message beforehand and we will make sure someone meets you.
• Entrance & Access: Standard restaurant entrance. Please let us know of any access needs when booking so we can inform the venue team beforehand.

• Room Layout: Reserved dining seating within the restaurant.
• Seating & Comfort: Standard restaurant dining tables and comfortable seating.
• Lifts & Levels: Ground floor restaurant layout.

🚽 Toilets & Accessibility

• Standard Accessible Toilet: Yes, accessible toilets are available at the venue.
• Changing Places Toilet: Standard accessible toilets on-site.

🍰 Atmosphere, Food & Drinks

• Lighting & Noise Levels: Standard family restaurant setting with ambient background chatter and music.
• Food & Refreshments: Little Hiccups will purchase vouchers in advance and on arrival, every attendee will receive a £10 voucher towards their food and drink! You can view the menu in advance via the venue website link above.
• Allergies & Dietary Requirements: Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs when booking so we can alert the restaurant team. If you or anyone in your party has any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, please also inform your server on arrival and refer to their on-site allergen information at the time of your visit.

• Little Hiccups Staff: As always, our staff and volunteers will be on hand to make sure everyone feels welcome. If you are nervous about coming alone, drop us a message beforehand and we will make sure someone meets you at the door!
• First Aid & Evacuation: The venue has dedicated first-aid trained staff and standard emergency exit procedures.

Important Booking Information:
Please note that our events are heavily subsidised by Little Hiccups to support our community. Because the charity covers the remaining costs based on our final confirmed numbers (such as venue hire, refreshments, vouchers, entertainers and presenter costs), we kindly ask that you let us know if your plans change. If you can no longer make it, please cancel your places by emailing events@littlehiccups.co.uk so we can reallocate the spots and prevent charity funds from being lost.
