What a weekend! On Saturday, the Little Hiccups family headed out to the Rothwell Carnival Parade, and we had an absolute blast.
It was certainly a scorcher of a day! The heat was intense, and while we sadly lost a few numbers due to the high temperatures, but those of us who marched kept the energy sky-high. Thankfully, the parade route itself was nice and short, which was a blessing in the sun. We made up for our smaller group by singing, dancing, and bringing as much noise and colour to the streets as we possibly could!
After we finished the march, some of us stayed behind with the kids to explore the rest of the carnival ground, enjoy the stalls, and soak up the community atmosphere.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us, wave, and march alongside us in the heat. You are all superstars!
