We had such a lovely time at Harewood House on Friday! Little Hiccups families came together for a fun and creative Scarecrow Build—and wow, did we get stuck in! Between us, we managed to build three brilliant scarecrows, including one that’s wheelchair-inclusive. We’re so proud of what everyone created, and we can’t wait for you to see them on display during October half term.
The day was split into two chilled-out sessions, giving families plenty of time to build, explore the gorgeous grounds, and enjoy a picnic in the sunshine. The Playscape playground was a big hit with the kids, and the Courtyard Suite (which has lift access) made everything nice and easy for everyone to join in.
🎟️ Free Passes!
Harewood House kindly gave us some passes too—thank you! We’ll be popping those up on the website soon (just need a spare hour!) so keep an eye out and grab one if you fancy a visit to see the scarecrows in person.
💛 Big Thanks
Huge thanks to Harewood House for inviting us and to all the families who came along. It was such a joyful, inclusive day and we loved seeing everyone’s creativity shine.
If you visit during half term, don’t forget to snap a photo with the scarecrows and tag us and Harewood House—we’d love to see them in action!
