What a brilliant way to start the Christmas season! Our parent carer wreath-making workshop was everything we hoped for — creative, cosy, and full of festive cheer.
Woodend Nurseries welcomed us into their beautiful greenhouse space and looked after us from start to finish. Their team guided everyone through the process of building a large 12″ moss-based wreath, sharing tips and tricks to make each one unique. With their help, every single wreath turned out stunning — ready to take pride of place at home.
The atmosphere was magical: Christmas songs playing in the background, glasses of fizz and warm drinks flowing, and plenty of tasty nibbles to keep us going. There were laughs, chats, and that lovely sense of calm that comes from doing something creative together. Even the November chill couldn’t dampen the mood — layers and gloves were the order of the day though!
It was such a joy to see everyone step back at the end and admire their handiwork. Each wreath was different, each one beautiful — and all made with care and a sprinkle of festive spirit.
A huge thank you to Woodend Nurseries for hosting and teaching us, and to everyone who came along and made the evening so special. We hope your wreaths are now hanging proudly and bringing a little handmade magic to your Christmas.
