📝 About the Session

• What we will be doing: Join us for fun afternoon at Sip and Slay in Leeds … Expect signature cocktails, high-energy beats, stunning venue aesthetic, and an unmissable crowd ready to serve looks and bring the energy. Tickets are £45pp, and £25 will refunded after the event, if you attended.
• What to expect (The Vibe): The Drinks & Cocktails: 2 Hour session starting with a Prosecco Reception followed by Cocktail Making with our Drag Queen Host and Cocktail Connoisseur. The Games: Games half way through the event with our Drag Host to keep you entertained! The Vibe: High fashion, incredible people, endless photo moments and time to connect with other parent/carers!
• Who it’s for: Strictly for parents and carers of children with additional needs or disabilities. Over 18’s only. We are sorry but there is no childcare available. This is a chance for you to have a break and chat with people who get it!
• Date & Time: Saturday 6th February 2027, 2.3pm to 4.30pm.

🚗 Getting There & Arrival

• Venue Address: Bar Fibre Leeds, 168 Briggate, Leeds LS1 6LY

• Parking Details: Fibre Leeds is close to the bus station and the train station so you can take full advantage of the cocktail masterclass! (There are number of parking options in Leeds City Centre if needed).
• Finding the Little Hiccups Group: We will wait at the entrance so look out for members of the Little Hiccups team.
• Entrance & Access: The Drag cocktail Masterclass will be held in either The Penthouse on the top floor of Fibre or their Middle Floor Bar all depending on availability of the venue. This will be confirmed closer to the time. Please note this venue doesn’t have accessibility access. 

🚶 The Venue Space & Seating

• Room Layout: We are in an open-plan public space, with other groups, so the bar will be busy!
• Seating & Comfort: There will be a variety of seating options available.
• Lifts & Levels: There are a number of stairs within Fibre Leeds.

🚽 Toilets & Accessibility

• Standard Accessible Toilet: Yes, located within Fibre Bar.
• Changing Places Toilet:  No, standard accessible toilets only.

🍰 Atmosphere, Food & Drinks

• Lighting & Noise Levels: Due to the type of event, it will be very noisy, with dim lightening and open to the public.
• Food & Refreshments: We will be making and drinking a number of cocktails throughout the afternoon. We won’t be providing food but some of us will probably head to somewhere else for some food after the event.

⛑️ Safety & Venue Details

• Little Hiccups Staff: As always, our staff and volunteers will be on hand to make sure everyone feels welcome. If you are nervous about coming alone, drop us a message beforehand and we will make sure someone meets you at the door!
• First Aid & Evacuation: The venue has dedicated first-aid trained staff and help us if needed.

Important Booking Information:
Please note that our events are heavily subsidised by Little Hiccups to support our community. Because the charity covers the remaining costs based on our final confirmed numbers (such as venue hire, refreshments, entertainers and presenter costs), we kindly ask that you let us know if your plans change. If you can no longer make it, please cancel your places by emailing events@littlehiccups.co.uk so we can reallocate the spots and prevent charity funds from being lost.
