For this event, we are charging the full price of £30 BUT will refund £20 for attendees on the next working day after the event. So you will be getting a great company and a great night full of fun for £10.

Join us for an exploratory workshop to learn all about the ancient art of marbling.  You will learn all the fundamentals, from mixing the bath, prepping the paper/fabric, and making your own tools, to learning traditional patterns and creating your own.

You will take home your finished works to use for whatever you wish – book covers and endpapers, collages, jewellery, origami, gift wrapping. We will also be marbling a fabric tote bag or you to take home.

No prior experience or skill required – just an interest in creating beautiful patterns using a magical and fun process!    Tea and coffee and biscuits, included, but please BYOB if you wish!

This will be held in our indoor space, Wilderness Studios in Castleford. It can be found at 56b Carlton Street, Castleford.  It is next to the Market Tap.  The closest place to park is the council car park on Back Wesley Street.  It is free for the first 2 hours but you need to display a ticket.
