📝 About the Event

Get ready for an unforgettable Eid celebration at Aagrah! We have got an amazing morning planned, packed with fun, food, and fantastic entertainment for the whole family. Come join us for a day of joy, laughter, and celebration. Let’s make this Eid a day to remember!

• What we will be doing: We will be enjoying a wonderful family brunch social with an incredible lineup of entertainment:
  • Face Painting & Balloon Modelling: Provided by Claire – https://face-painting-uk.com
  • Magician: Fantastic close-up entertainment from Ray Burrell –  https://rayburrellmagic.com
  • Henna Art: Beautiful designs by Qura Mir
  • Goody Bags: Every child will receive a special goody bag filled with treats and surprises!
• Is it structured? This is a relaxed, free-flowing social dining event for our families to chat, eat, and enjoy the entertainment at their own pace.
• Who it’s for & Group Size: This is a private hire event exclusively for Little Hiccups families.
• Date & Time: 7th June, 11am – 1pm

🚗 Getting There & Arrival

• Venue Address: Aagrah Garforth, Aberford Rd, Garforth, Leeds LS25 2HF

• Parking & Drop-Off: There are four Blue Badge parking spaces available at the venue.
• Finding Little Hiccups: Look out for the Little Hiccups team! As this is a private hire event, our team will be there to welcome your family directly upon arrival.
• Entrance Doors: Flat entry into the building with no steps, utilizing accessible slopes.

🚶 Moving Around Inside

• Corridors & Space: We have specifically asked for some dining tables to be removed from the floor layout to ensure wider pathways, plenty of space for movement, and excellent wheelchair access throughout the restaurant. We will also be setting up specific activity tables for our entertainment team (Facepainting, Balloon Modelling and Henna).
• Lifts & Levels: The venue is all laid out on one single level with slopes into the building for full step-free access.
• Seating: Standard restaurant seating arrangements, with adjusted spacing to accommodate our families comfortably.

🚽 Toilets & Changing Facilities

• Standard Accessible Toilet: Disabled toilets are available on-site.
• Changing Places Toilet: There is no Changing Place available directly inside the venue, but we have arranged access to a private Changing Place located 1.3 miles away. Please speak directly to a member of the Little Hiccups team on the day if you need to use this.
• Baby Changing: Dedicated baby changing facilities are available on-site.

🎧 Sensory & Calm Spaces

• Little Hiccups Quiet Area: We will be utilizing the restaurant’s Waiting Area as a dedicated quiet space. We will provide Lego, fidget toys, and other calming items for any children needing some quiet time away from the main buzz.

🍰 Food & Drinks

• What’s provided: A mouth-watering Buffet Brunch is provided! Dive into a delicious spread featuring a mix of traditional and modern dishes from desi, continental, and a full English breakfast to whet your appetite.
• Dietary Info: Vegetarian options will be available as part of the buffet spread. All food will be Halal. Please let us know of any allergies.

⛑️ Safety & Support

• First Aid: Little Hiccups staff are first-aid trained and will be on-site throughout the event to support.
• Emergency Evacuation: Emergency exits are step-free via the main building slopes leading out to a safe assembly area.
