A Lunch & Learn Session with Kate Keir
Does your to-do list feel like a mountain? Do the smallest tasks—the emails, the follow-ups, the “quick” admin—sometimes feel like the hardest things to start?
We are delighted to welcome Kate Keir for an exclusive online Lunch & Learn session. Kate is a specialist in neurodivergent support and business overwhelm, helping people move away from “pushing through” and towards practical strategies that actually work for their unique brains.
This session is designed for anyone who feels stuck in a cycle of overthinking or avoidance, or who simply wants to understand why their brain sometimes puts up a wall against the “simple” things.
What we will cover:
-
The Science of Stuck: Why “willpower” isn’t the solution and why your brain resists certain tasks.
-
Breaking the Cycle: How to move past overthinking and the constant feeling of being behind.
-
Practical Tools: Simple, shame-free techniques to lower the barrier to entry for everyday tasks.
-
Structure Without Pressure: Finding ways to work that support your energy rather than draining it.
