Hydrotherapy Feedback Form

We hope you have found our hydrotherapy sessions enjoyable and beneficial.  We appreciate your comments and feedback on the services we offer and it helps us to shape the service for the future. These sessions have been provided by a Grant, and some of the questions below are from the Grant Feedback that we have to give. Please answer as many and as best as you can.

Above all we are passionate about improving the independence of the children that we work with and we value that you have chosen us to help your child achieve their full potential – THANK YOU!

If we could attract further funding for additional sessions would you be interested in attending?

“Participants will have the opportunity to develop essential skills such as social skills, teamwork, focus, communication, hand-eye coordination and mobility skills. They will gain a support network that will offer them the tools to better cope with their disabilities and not allow them to be something that holds them back.”
