Such an luscious event!

One of our favourite and more popular events is visiting Lush in the White Rose Centre. And this time, the tickets for this event sold out in a record 3 minutes! That’s just how popular it was!

This one is a popular one as the staff are just SO lovely and it is also wonderful for the senses experience. You can smell Lush from a way away and it is…well…lush! And when we visit, we always go before The White Rose officially opens. It does mean an early start but it is so worth it for a Private Party. You get to feel like a celebrity when the shop is closed for you.

We’ve opted for the Fun and Games package and there was three activity areas in the store. We had Product Making where the children were able to make a bath bomb to take home with them.

We also had Bubble Blowing and Jolly Jellies. I ended up buying a Bubble Blower. I’d never seen one of these before and fell in love with it. It is a soap and a bubble bath AND a bubble blower. Hours of entertainment for the little one!

Then we had hand and arm pampers with massages. I saw a few children absolutely loving this one and having the biggest smiles on their faces. Even children that normally do not enjoy being touched loved it. One insisted on giving her parents a massage also. Lucky parents!

There was also a self led Fun Modelling area with bath soaps that double up as play doh so the children can mould and play with them first before using them in the bath. And a scent station where families can experience the products and their luscious smells first hand.

Best of all, the children got to go home with a good bag with an item of choice that they picked when they arrived, and also included were selections of creams and shower gels.

And I ended up taking home all the left over items in the shop that had been put aside for the party. I took these down to Stay n Play the day after and the families there had a nice surprise!

It was really a lovely event, run by the loveliest people who are just so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. It really did make it special. I had a few parents who asked for an adult event here. And I 100% agree with that – so watch this spot!
